4001-2(a):  Chapter 11:  Cash Collateral:  Statement of Finance

LBR 4001-2(a) provides that in a chapter 11 bankruptcy case, when the debtor or trustee files a motion to approve financing, use of cash collateral, or similar requests under Bankruptcy Code section 363 or 364, that party must file a court-mandated statement.  See link below
