Notice of Confirmation Hearing and Trustee's Declaration in Objection to Plan Confirmation (batch)

Processing Instructions (rev 10/28/2014):

  1. Select Bankruptcy menu.
  2. Select Batch Filing.
  3. Enter the case numbers for this batch using the correct format (1:99-bk-12345)
  4. Select Document event:  Notice of Confirmation Hearing and Trustee's Declaration in Objection to Plan Confirmation (batch)
  5. Browse, verify and attach the applicable document (PDF file) for each case entered.
  6. Modify text if applicable.
  7. Verify final docket text before submitting onto the case docket.
  8. Print the Notice of Electronic filing.  This is the verification that the document has been electronically filed.
