Instructions (7/1/2022)

1. In Adobe Acrobat, open the PDF.
2. Go to File > Save as Other > Optimized PDF.
3. Click OK to see a pop up message about the attached file.
4. Click Discard Object on the left bar.
5. Check Discard all JavaScript actions.
6. Click OK and save.
