All divisions of the Court will be closed on Monday, February 17, 2025 in observance of Presidents’ Day. Due to a scheduled systems and security upgrade, the following Court systems and applications may not be available on this date:

• CM/ECF (Live)
• CM/ECF (Train)
• ePOC
• eSR
• LOU (Lodged Order Upload)
• PACER
• VCIS (Voice Case Information System)

All divisions of the Court will reopen and regular service will resume at 9:00 AM on Tuesday, February 18, 2025. Please see Public Notice 25-005 for additional information, or contact the ECF Help Desk at (213) 894-2365 should you have any questions.
