On October 29, 2022, Judge Erithe A. Smith will retire from the bench. Effective September 1, 2022, Judge Smith’s pending Santa Ana Division bankruptcy cases and related adversary proceedings will be reassigned to other judges as follows:

Judge Smith will retain adversary proceeding 8:20-ap-01115-ES. The remainder of her pending chapter 7 cases will be reassigned to Judge Scott C. Clarkson.
