Processing Instructions (rev 10/28/2014):

Option 1 (Recommended)

1. Save the word document as a RTF.
2. Click Continue at message, "Macros will not be saved."
3. Close the RTF document.
4. Open the RTF document.
5. Save there RTF document back as a Word document (okay to replace existing file).

Option 2

1. Select Tools (from the main Word menu).
2. Select Macros (from the drop-down menu).
3. Select visual Basic Editor (from the Macro sub-menu).
4. Expand modules (from directory-tree displayed on left side of page).
5. Highlight name of the macro.
6. Right Click to bring up menu.
7. Highlight remove (name of macro).
8. Select "No" to "Do you want to export (name of macro) before removing it?"
9. Close Visual Basic Editor window.
10. Save Document for MS Word.
