7054-1(a)-(f): Adversary Proceedings: BILL OF COSTS
LBR 7054-1(a)-(f) provides the procedure to follow when a prevailing party seeks payment of costs incurred during an adversary proceeding.
- The prevailing party must file and serve a "Bill of Costs." The court has a form. See link below
- The prevailing party may review the TCG Supplement to determine items that may be included in a Bill of Costs. These items are also referred to as "Items Taxable as Costs." See link below
- The prevailing party must file a Notice of Motion for Order Without a Hearing. The court has a form notice. See link below
- A hearing is not required unless the court sets a hearing.
