2015-3(b):  Chapter 11: SUBCHAPTER V: Debtor's Status Report; Subchapter V Trustee Fees

Bankruptcy Code section 1188(c) requires that the court set an Initial Status Conference in a Subchapter V bankruptcy case. 

LBR 2015-3(b) requires the Subchapter V debtor to file and serve a status report.  See link below

LBR 2015-3(b) has been edited to require the debtor to add new information in the status report.  The debtor must report on communications with the Subchapter V trustee about fees, and communications with secured creditors if there are considerations of using part of payments to secured creditors to compensate the Subchapter V trustee.   

       NOTE:  Edits to LBR 2016-1(e) have also been approved by the Board of Judges.  The edits contemplate a discussion at any status conference about clarifying a retainer or regular payment from the debtor to the Subchapter V trustee.
