3015-1(c)(1):  Chapter 13:  Meeting of Creditors: Notice of Chapter 13

LBR 3015-1(c)(1) provides that the clerk will provide notice to the debtor and all creditors that a Meeting of Creditors will take place 28 days or more after the notice is served.  This notice also contains information about a hearing on confirmation of a chapter 13 plan, deadlines for filing proofs of claim, and other pertinent information.
