Attorneys who represent clients in our bankruptcy court may do so because they are admitted to practice in the U.S. District Court for the Central District of California.

Attorneys who are admitted to practice in the Central District of California are now subject to an annual renewal fee.  This practice began in September 2020.   PLEASE SEE THE NOTICE FROM THE CLERK OF THE DISTRICT COURT, dated June 3, 2022, that there is a potential penalty for not paying the annual renewal fee.  An attorney may be required to reapply for admission and pay the full admission fee.
