2081-2 (#5b) - Employ Other Professionals:  MOTIONS; INDIVIDUALS

LBR 2081-2 provides a procedure for chapter 11 debtors WHO ARE INDIVIDUALS to obtain orders on important motions for which the court provides forms.

  • One of these motions is to employ professionals such as an accountant, real estate broker or appraiser, or special litigation counsel.
