3015-1(b)(3): Chapter 13: Plan Attachments: Notice of Hearing

LBR 3015-1(b)(3) provides that a chapter 13 plan must be filed on the same day as a bankruptcy petition, or within 14 days of that date. THERE ARE MANY ATTACHMENTS THAT MAY BE APPLICABLE. PLEASE CAREFULLY READ THE PLAN AND ALL ATTACHMENTS.

Attachment "A" is already part of the chapter 13 plan.
Attachment "B" is a separate form.
Attachment "C" is a separate form.
Attachment "D" is a separate form.

The debtor must also file a Notice of Hearing that indicates BOTH the date of the 341(a) meeting of creditors and date of hearing on plan confirmation. See link below

After a plan is confirmed, the chapter 13 trustee will prepare and lodge an order confirming the plan.

This form must also be used when filing an Amended Chapter 13 Plan.

NOTE: FRBP 3015(g) provides that when a plan contains a provision to terminate the stay of Bankruptcy Code 362(a), 1201(a), or 1301(a), that stay is terminated when an order confirming plan is entered.
