The Board of Judges has approved edits to LBR 9070-1 that is effective on 10-21-2024. The edits clarify who has to duty to file exhibits, deadlines for filing, and how to handle submission of exhibits designed for impeachment purposes.
- LBR 9070-1(b)(3) requires that parties prepare and submit an EXHIBIT REGISTER when parties submit exhibits as evidence at an evidentiary hearing, whether the evidentiary hearing is held within an adversary proceeding or in a contested matter. See link below to the court form Exhibit Register.
- LBR 9070-1(b)(1-3) requires that parties use court-authorized EXHIBIT TAGS when parties submit exhibits as evidence at an evidentiary hearing, whether the evidentiary hearing is held within an adversary proceeding or in a contested matter. - New LBR 9070-1(d) provides instructions for submitting exhibits intended for impeachment purposes.
