2002-2(c)(1)-(2):  Notice: Service on I.R.S.: FRCP Rule 4 or 5: I.R.S. is Recipient or Named Party

LBR 2002-2(c) provides that service on the Internal Revenue Service may require application of FRCP Rule 4 or FRCP Rule 5, depending on the situation.
