2014-1(b)(1)(B):  Professionals: Application: Declaration of DISINTERESTEDNESS

LBR 2014-1(b)(1)(B) provides that a professional who seeks to be employed by a debtor or trustee in a bankruptcy case must file a Statement of Disinterestedness in which the professional discloses any potential facts that help the court and parties determine if the professional is disinterested.  See link below
